Akustik + Sylomer® Floor Mount

The Akustik Sylomer® Floor Mount is a point-bearing isolation element for floating floor construction. Each unit houses a calibrated Sylomer® pad within a galvanised steel housing, delivering precise load-matched performance across five variants covering 25 to 100 kg/m² — without the complexity of spring systems.

How It Works

• Each mount contains a pre-selected Sylomer® pad factory-fitted to a galvanised steel cup
• The Sylomer® grade is calibrated to the specified floor load — correct loading ensures optimal deflection and maximum isolation
• Mounts are placed under structural supports (battens, C-profiles, beams) on a defined grid
• The galvanised housing protects the elastomer during concrete pour in wet screed applications
